woudl ve been nice if they offered an upgrade for an unimpressed guest like me. plus, the shower's water temperature was as inconsistent as the front desk staff's courtesy. i almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

The check-in was simple and the staff were excellent. The hotel’s proximity to the hospital was super convenient for my needs, making it easy to zip in and out without any hassle. Plus, the room was quite clean despite being busy! A pleasant surprise.

I stayed in a Queen Room and it was mostly comfy. The bed was nice and I got good sleep thanks to the quiet environment. Plus, the electronic key system made check-in a breeze. Water pressure in the shower was on point! But the noisy drunks outside kept me up a bit, which was annoying.
